"Battered Clergy: from Victim to Victor" Book Release Party

Recently Dr. Joseph B. Howard, Sr., a middle school educator currently working at Ashton Ranch Elementary, was featured in the Summer 2009 issue of the AEA Advocate. The AEA Advocate is the newsletter of the Arizona Education Association. He was featured for being awarded a First-Place prize in the Novels to Films Feature Length Competition held in Chicago, Ill. His latest book, “Battered Clergy: From Victim to Victor” was chosen to be made into a full length feature film by Moopy Vision Movies and Infinity Entertainment Company of Chicago, IL. The film is scheduled to go into production this Spring and is due to be released in Chicago in September or October of 2009. It is being directed by Ametra Self. This book also won a Power Award for New Inspirational Literary piece. Congratulations to Dr. Howard for this latest recognition.
