(3) The publication date of your book;
(4) Your publisher's name;
(5) a short synopsis of your book;
(6) your short bio;
(7) a .gif or jpeg photo of your book cover;
(8) the cost of your book;
(9) a statement explaining how Psalms 26: 6 - 8 pertains to you as a Christian writer; and
(10) a head-shot photo of yourself.
