Event Description

In recognition of Child Sex Abuse Prevention Month, Dr. Dan Williams will present a hope-affirming talk on overcoming sexual abuse & other life traumas, addressing the signs and symptoms of the sexually abused child, perpetrator profiles, as well as confronting grief, loss, anger, and the letting-go process. Dr. Williams is the author of, Above His Shoulders, his memoir of his personal experience of being sexually abused.
A book signing will follow.
