Event Description

This interval style workout combines kickboxing and dance to some of the hottest hits today. We focus on the FUN FACTOR and get a great total body workout! Great for all fitness levels! 10 Classes for only $5 per class!

Classes will be Tuesday and Thursdays at 7am!
Classes will run June 1st thru July 1st
