Submitting story/article to National Press

Hi, it's me again. My next plan is to send a story to the National Press. This might be a silly question, but I was wondering if it's OK to submit the same story to all the national newspapers at the same time. If I was successful with more than one (Ha! Ha!) wouldn't it cause duplication?

When my book Culture Smart: Turkey was released, the publisher arranged for different media releases. Each press or television or radio coverage has it own audience and will pick and choose from the information you provide. If you are covered by tv stations they too will review the book from their own approach depending on the interviewer. My book review on BBC in contrast to CCN Business Traveller was very different -but both were positive and effective. Don't worry about! Let the press decide how they will cover it -just circulate the information out there. Wish you much success! Charlotte You can view my newspaper column at:
