Permalink Reply by martin koszegi on February 20, 2012 at 1:50pm I'm a beginner, and wondering if Lightning Source has a feature in any of their packages whereby they use an author's web address (named after the book title, as "thedoorway.com") to feed into their sales and distribution packages directly. I'm hoping that that's the case. Thank you. Marty

Permalink Reply by John Kremer on February 26, 2012 at 2:55pm I hope you sold a ton of books. And autographed them for posterity.
Permalink Reply by Patricia Gligor on March 30, 2012 at 3:25pm Ann, the main character in Mixed Messages, the first novel in my Malone mystery series, is of Irish descent. On St. Patrick's Day, I attended a festival at the Irish Heritage Center in Cincinnati (where my book takes place).
I had a great time and met a lot of nice people. I gave each of those people a business card - white background with Kelly green print - that listed the information for my book release. I got some great feedback and I'm pretty sure I sold a few books. And, to my delight, the IHC has expressed interest in doing "something" to promote my novel.
