The Book Marketing Network

For book/ebook authors, publishers, & self-publishers

E-Junkie is a site where you can sell eBooks. The book file resides on E-Junkie and buyers get an immediate link to download. The selling can be done off my website. I used E-Junkie back in 2014 when I first wrote a technical eBook, I stopped when I went with Amazon Kindle. Eventually I did a print version using Createspace. You should be aware that Amazon is shutting down Createspace and moving (forcing) all print authors over to KDP Print. When I got moved over to KDP the middle of September my book sales immediately dropped 60%. There has been some increase, but sales are down for this time of year. I don't know what Amazon is doing, but it's not good. To make up the loss of print sales I am going back to E-Junkie for eBooks and dropping Kindle eBooks. I have already unpublished the Kindle version. I will also try selling on eBay using eBook on SD card. Using an SD card I can sell eBooks on eBay auctions, fills the requirement of actually sending an item through the mail. Eventually I expect to do decent sales through E-Junkie and not have to mess with eBay. The cost to sell on E-Junkie using the lowest 10 product service is $5.00 a month, no other fees or charges. The technical books I write will be less than 10. For me that's a lot better return than selling through Kindle. I will use a PDF file. I already did a test and it reads fine on a current Amazon Fire tablet.
