From Africa to the Ends of the earth

Christian writers in Africa don't seem to get as much trust from foreign publishers.

I'm a young man with great titles written already and a few have been self-published locally. 

What do Africans need to do to gain international audience, belief and trust; even when they already have great contents and great books?

What publishers in America and Europe are ready to help very talented Authors from the third-world countries like mine?
