The Book Marketing Network

For book/ebook authors, publishers, & self-publishers

When I was a child, my mother had me held back a year in school becase she didn't think I read well enough.  I was not failing in my reading but Mom wanted me to read better.  I attribute my love of reading to my Mom.

My niece has never been a reader.  She is now in her late thirties.  She purchased my book, Blank Spaces.  She started it on a Saturday and finished it the following Monday, she would have finished it sooner but she had to work.  She told me that she couldn't put it down, that she loved it.  She called yesterday to ask if I had anything more finished for her to read.  I emailed her part of one book that I am working on.  She actually sounded eager to read.

It would be worth everything I went through to get this book published if Juli became an avid reader.  I have to say that it completely made my day.
