For example: How do you aggregate the Internet 'buzz' (i.e., Twitter, Blogs, book trailers, Youtube videos, etc.), combine it with traditional internal marketing (i.e., chapter samples, author bio, purchase options, etc.), organize, package and 'push' the content to readers.
