I just start typing. Everyone thinks I should do an outline and write it down. I build it in my head, why would I want to mess it up by writing down an outline! ha ha

i have been on disability for 12 mo. you would think i would have plenty of time. And I am way past 35.LOL
do you just start typing? or do you have a system of getting the story line,charictors going first? just wondering

Thanks. I'm 35, that pic of me is from 1999, when I was in my 20's! LOL I guess I should use a current pic, but, I've used this picture for so long, it turned into a habit using it for a profile pic.

I have a full time job at the city library where I live, plus going to college part time, so I bring a flash drive with me to work, and type up my stories when there's slow periods. I find I have more concentration at work than I do at home....

Cliff, your book sounds so good. what an imagination you have. and to be published already, you look like you are in your 20's..
what prompted you to sit now and just do it. you must have a full time job also.what was your secret

I was so excited when we went to visit our daughter. She is writing a book for teens and it's really good!

Hey no problem, glad to be here. Just so all of you know, I write mostly science fiction, but I do write other genres, but mostly as short stories. I have no ideas, I'm still learning the whole marketing, promoting, and all that wonderful stuff that comes with being an published author. Definitely frustrating at times!
