This will be our 1st book, and we're self-publishing. Any marketing tips from someone who's successfully done the whole process would be welcome. Mostly needed are any tips for getting out advance notice of the upcoming book, at the least cost possible. Thanks!

Hello,
Can anyone out there tell me a little about Twitter? It is a network you can send messages to with your phone or computer. I see it mentioned in articles here and there and goggled it. But is there someone out there that uses it and can give me feedback? Would like to know more about it before I join.
