This book is a fantastic way to tell kids…don’t go surfing if you don’t know how. ~ CBM
.
Little Bit & Big Byte: A Day at the Beach by Craig T. Feigh is a colorfully illustrated children’s book depicting love-able characters and their pets that introduces children metaphorically to computers and the dangers of surfing the Web. Creating word pictures, namely, that the Web is much like a huge ocean, parents can use this book as an aid in educating their children about computers and the Internet.
.
Simple, fun and cute, children will make the connection to the Internet and the main parts of computers with each page. A hidden image of a bone on each page makes the book fun and interactive (secretly my favorite part). With adventure, Little Bit and his crew set out for a day of play at the beach. Little Bit Romie, the main character alongside Click, Browser (the “chip’s” pets) go to the beach with his big brother, Big Byte. Joy, his sister, Kay Board and Webster also join in at the beach to build sandcastles.
.
With little notice, trouble comes through sly characters Vi and Russ, who are looking to crash any party. The author creates a unique and creative “day at the beach” which is saved by a big wave…thankfully. Memorable and inspiring, this little book will help children understand to surf intelligently and with skilled “know how.”
.
Children and parents alike will love the illustrations, giving way for parents to teach their kids about computers. The author has presented an ingenious way to speak the dangers of surfing the Web to young children that they will enjoy.
.
This little book comes highly recommended to all parents when beginning to educate their children about computers, or when school starts children on computers.
.
You may get your copy of Little Bit & Big Byte: A Day at the Beach at Amazon.

What Do You Say to a Happy Heathen?
.
Through the persistent concern of a neighbor, Richard Christenson became a born-again believer at age thirty-one. Richard, previously a professing agnostic, subsequently began talking with family, friends, and work associates about his new life as a follower of Jesus. A work associate attentively listened to his story and responded, "It is evident that your belief in God is making you happy. However, I choose not to believe and I am also a happy person. Why can't you Christians leave us happy heathens alone?"
.
What Do You Say to a Happy Heathen?
provides insightful, inspirational assistance for those willing to consider the biblical claims of Christ, followers of Christ wanting to more effectively communicate their beliefs, and local church discipleship training processes.

Cole’s Perfect Puppy by Frances M. Crossno is Book One of the Perfect Puppy series.
.
Written for young readers, (ages 7-12), this book teaches core Christian values through a delightful, compassionate and sometimes humorous storyline that parents will love. Cole and Caleb are brothers. Their parents are photographers for a world geographic magazine, thus they live with their Uncle Bobby. Cole, the main character, desperately wants a puppy for Christmas. He finds the perfect puppy, but finds out along the way that hard work, treating others right and loving your neighbor as yourself are more important than his own wants.

Chapter one begins as Cole finds and falls in love with the perfect puppy (Scarlet), which is a golden retriever that he finds in a mall pet store. Packed with action, the little puppy escapes from the pet store and after a wild chase, young Cole and the mall security guard finally catch up with the fast pup.  Christmas morning comes and Cole is elated to find a “moving” present under the treeTo his utter shock, his Uncle Bobby has gotten him a quite a different present. One he was not expecting! His little brother Caleb can’t stop laughing as Cole finds him on the floor in an unstoppable belly roll. (You’ll have to read the story to find out what the pet was.) The story goes on from there as lessons are learned by the characters. The author gives help and hope from a Christian perspective that relate to life’s sometimes disappointing circumstances that can be overcome.

This book comes highly recommended (and is an award winning book) that offers clean and wholesome reading for children and preteen readers. Themed with a simple storyline that is encouraging, innocent, well-written and sheds light on the Jesus, salvation and the scripture, “Give and it will be given unto you . . .” parents will appreciate this adorable book. The humor is much appreciated, as well as the author asking the question, “What would Jesus do?” Thus leaving room open for discussion. A wonderful story that teaches some valuable life lessons!

*This book would be a great gift for the Christmas season, but is recommended for any time of the year.

Dr. Nadine A. Forrest offers a new book on the manifest blessings of God available through divine principles ~ Many Christians live a life where they try to pursue God's blessings like Charlie Brown attempting to get the football, only to have it pulled away at the last moment. The reason is they believe blessings are something they can only receive by earning God's favor by doing a list of good works of some kind.
.
In Manifest Blessings, Dr. Nadine A. Forrest shows from the Scriptures the wonderful truth that God's blessings are already in a Christian's life, and are just waiting to be discovered and manifested. Using scores of Bible references, Manifest Blessings provides a road map for uncovering the hidden treasures that exists in every person's spiritual field that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 13.
.
Dr. Nadine A. Forrest is an Apostle, teacher, and preacher whom was raised in Brooklyn, NY. As a young child, she was shy, yet very poetic and expressive. She was raised in a family of nine: six brothers and two sisters. Dr. Forrest, who is also the Senior Pastor of Bringing Back Pentecost Outreach Ministries, has preached extensively and internationally and now seeks to move into the new call of being an Author.
.

This will be the first of many books to be written by Dr. Forrest who holds an honorary D.D. and also double Bachelors in Theology and Religious Education. Dr. Forrest's desire is that Manifest Blessings and all books to come will help to change the hearts and minds of God's people and lead them to greater discovery of what He has for us.

The Gospel According to Job by Jerry McRaven takes a deeper look into the book of Job to help readers understand and enjoy the book of Job. The message contained in this book originally came from a sermon-series the author has preached called, “How the System Works,” and was a “download” received from God over a decade ago. As one of the oldest books in the Bible, typically Job is the least liked of all the books because of the events that take place. Job loses all of his wealth, his children and eventually his health. Readers who are familiar with the Bible understand that God allowed Satan to touch Job in these areas. Without too much theology, the author systematically presents a focused look into chapter one of Job encompassing and detailing the hidden gospel within Job’s journey. Available in Kindle
