Editing, Copy Editing & Rewriting

Getting your first manuscript into the hands of a publisher can be a real challenge. You need to ensure that you represent yourself as a professional with an excellent command of the English language. You also must be sure to present your manuscript in the correct format. If these things are not done, your manuscript may wind up on the rejection pile.

BOOK REVIEWS:

Hi All!

As you know I write book reviews, which I must tell you are quite time consuming. That is why I charge a small fee for this service. Please note that the rate is now $35 per review to be paid via PayPal or International Money Order.

Your review will appear here, as well as on MJ Book Reviews (http://mjbookreviews.blogspot.com), Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble and wherever else you would like to see it posted.

Please contact me at: marthajette@gmail.com to make the arrangements.

Adventure awaits through "The Portal to Forever". Meet elves, dragons, and the other fantastic beings who dwell in the magic Kingdom of Ashmirl as they battle against the powerful wizard Soldrin and the demons, trolls and other evil creatures who do his bidding. The stakes are high and the survival of the Kingdom hangs in the balance.
"The Portal to Forever" by Bonnie Sullivan Raymond is my first novel to reach publication. I am a new member of this group.

Hannah Grace by Sharlene MacLaren

Sharlene has done it again, she has written another wonderful book filled with delightful characters.

Hannah Grace thinks she has everything figured out. She will work at Kanes Whatnot store, marry the prominent doctor in town and life will be good. Then walks in Gabriel Devlin, the new sheriff of Sandy Shores and along with him a scared runaway orphan who won't talk to anyone.

Hannah has a soft spot for the young boy and because of the young boy finds herself drawn to the new sheriff. Now what does Hannah do, what does God want her to do. Will she choose the successful doctor or the town sheriff.

It's a great story about learning that God to give you the desires of your heart as long as you give your all to him.

Sharlene MacLaren has a knack for making such lovable characters that you never want the story to end. This book is a keeper.
