Hi, I'm new to the site and thought I should introduce myself. I currently reside in Inverness (Citrus County) and I've not published anything yet though I'm diligently working on completely my first draft of a YA paranormal novel.

Hello again from Tampa Bay. I just wanted to inform you that our book, The Dyodyne Experiment is a Gold Medalist in the 2009 Independent Publisher Book Awards (IPPY Award) for the Popular Fiction Category!

All the best,
Michael

Greetings from South Florida! I just joined the site not too long ago and look forward to all your input and advice. I live in the Coral Springs area and have 4 books self published

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site and thought I'd introduce myself here. I moved to the Tampa Bay area a few years ago. I recently self-published 2 of my novels and I'm just learning how to market myself. I have to admit, I do not like the business side of writing!

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!

I'm new to the Book Marketing Network and thought I'd introduce myself. I joined this group because I'm the creator and editor of Florida Book News. It's a blog where I cover what's happening in the book world of Florida. You can find it at http://www.FloridaBookNews.com.

If you'd like to get the word out about your book, the blog tells you how to send me the information.

Also, if you want to get the word out about a writer's organization and what you have coming up in the future -- meetings, conferences, workshops -- let me know. It's a free service and provides writers a wider presence on the Internet.

Have a great day.

Thanks,

Lou

Teresa,
Good luck with your book. The journey is the best part of a project like that and I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the project so much with your daughter.

I'd be happy to share whatever information that can help your readers. Why don't we schedule some time to chat. Evenings work best if that's okay.

Thanks,
Michael

Dan,

Congrats on your books too! So are you an illustrator as well as a writer/author?

V Michael,
The book my daughter and I are writing is about a ferret and his/her adventures. Just started writing it.
It is fun to do this together with her.

May I interview you about your writing and publisher? I like to give my blog readers information from other authors about writing and publishing. Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Teresa Morrow

Hi Teresa,
I am orginally from Connecticut and moved to FL in 1996. I took grad courses at UCONN about a million yeas ago. I did enjoy writing the book with my daughter.

What is your mother-daughter book about?

All the best,
Michael
