Such a notion has the potential to end wars, reduce political corruption and ease social inequality, along with almost every other manmade evil brought about by the mental manipulation which has been the cornerstone of both religion and politics. This idea, which I have termed ‘I am Christ,’ is by no means a result of my own contrivance and dates back to a time before the alleged advent of Christ himself. It enunciates a type of holistic thinking and being, or unified consciousness described by Jung as individuation. Most importantly, it represents mental freedom!

Synopsis:
Happiness In Our Daily Lives is a self-help book on how to maintain a positive attitude in life, even under trying circumstances.
While the issue of happiness as a choice has been amply explored in previous successful books, I believe that my book fills a void in this matter: it addresses the causes of happiness and it suggests techniques to reach and maintain it daily, even in such locations as hospitals, prisons, serving people with physical and mental disabilities, when facing bio-socio-chemical and psychological imbalances, or simply when one is bored and disenchanted about life. It also addresses happiness in the midst of spiritual crises, as an expatriate, as a refugee, as a worker doing menial jobs, as an aging individual and as a supportive person of family going through the ordeals mentioned above.
Following is an excerpt from a recent review by Lonnie Holder of my novel, "Voice of Conscience" by Behcet Kaya
"I enjoyed most of this book. I found the story of the Ozcomert family to be compelling and interesting. Kaya's story held my interest until Ozcomert decided that he had to avenge the family honor. Even then, most of the story was interesting. What failed to interest me was Ozcomert's philosophical noodling over his cultural need for vengeance in comparison to his acquired morals that considered murder wrong. As Ozcomert did his soul-searching I wondered why I had to read about such a boring subject. Mr. Kaya's point was that no good would come of people avenging themselves, regardless of how noble their purpose. Sorry, but this lesson has been better taught by authors going back into ancient times, with more recent examples from Shakespeare, Mark Twain, and even Tom Clancy."

I am amazed that soul searching has become a boring subject. Aren't we here to question, search, reach, become?
There are only positive and negative forces in the Universe that are necessary for the manifest world. Good vs evil is a myth promulgated by theology to keep the masses in line.
