New member saying hello

I recently discovered the Book Marketing Network and was quick to join. So far everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. I'm surprised I didn't know of this site before being that I'm a big supporter of John Kremer. He rocks, doesn't he? As a self published author, I'd be lost without his books. Thanks John!

My book was just released on August 25, 2007 and so far I've sold a dozen or so books. Though, I'm just beginning to promote it now that its up and running on Amazon and Bn.com. I know I'll have good days and bad but am not going to set myself up for disappointment. I know that there are many other ways to get noticed so if I'm fortunate enough to set a signing up at a local bookstore, great, but if not then I know that its not the end of the road.
