Consider a virtual book tour - search for blogs that feature authors or author's blogs and ask them to book you for a leg of your virtual book tour - send them a media kit and let them do an interview. Try to get them to spread the info out over a week - an interview, the synopsis, a chapter, etc.
Can you send me an e-example ?
thanks...
