I am a certified life coach and registered yoga instructor. I have owned my own business for the last four years. Prior to that I worked extensively in corporate team environments as a team facilitator, trainer and mentor. My goal is to help others to get results so they can live the best life possible.
In addition to life coaching I also facilitate life enrichment workshops. The reason for writing my book called Four Steps to a Better Life was to provide participants with a product they could bring home with them and to also reach others that may not be able to attend workshops or individaul coaching sessions.
12/22/09 update: I am now working on my second book YEN PATH: A Method for fulfilling Your Desires. I am still coaching, public speaking and teaching yoga classes. I love working with people on wellness. Without that it is hard to achieve any goals. I also have a new website which is www.gallaghersolutions.com. Now www.jennygallagher.com is dedicated to wellness and the new website is for life and business coaching.
I'm just down the road from you. Used to live in Indialantic. Love that area.
I think you may be interested in FL Writers Assn.
It's a wonderful group for learning, networking, and submitting work to the quarterly magazine. It's actually not only for Florida any more. We have national and even a few international members!
If you'd like to check it out, please come to http://www.floridawriters.net.
I also run the FL Authors online group at bookmarket. You can join it, regardless of your FWA affiliation.
