I reside in Connecticut with my husband, two daughters, two cats, a dog, a frog, and several tropical fish and plants. I like to garden, crochet, hike, read, play Fable, sing karaoke, and watch wrestling in my spare time.
I've been writing for a little over 28 years and have been published in several different genres. I started out with poetry as my first passion and have published two chapbooks, "The Puzzle Called Life" and "Blue Water Baptism".
My most recent passion is helping people who suffer from Fibromyalgia, a debilitating disease that afflicts 3-4 percent of the world population. The main symptom is wide spread muscle pain and fatigue.
Since my own diagnoses in late 2005, I've published 3 books on the subject, "The Fibro Hand", "Fibromyalgia and ... (title edited due to adult subject matter), and "Fibro and Fabulous The Book"
I just wanted to introduce myself and my blog, The Book Buff: Book Reviews for Regular People. Check it out at http://www.thebookbuff.blogspot.com
