Hi Marion, I just joined this site and, believe it or not I am writing series about the conflict between the Islamic Empire of the Ottomans and the Christian Kingdoms of Eastern Europe in 15-16th centuries. The first book is called The Sword and the Shield of the Realm and the series is called Merchants of Time. Occasionally, my website is visited by the University of Istanbul.
