How to receive global distribution or gain a reputable publisher when you have self published?

Any thoughts? I have self-published my book and now attempting to gain access globally and in book stores but have not been able to because Createspace owns my ISBN. How do I get around this?

- Something About Me and My Book:
- I am the Executive Director of Purpose and Praise Ministries which is a ministry geered towards healing and reconciliation. The title of my book is His Purpose, My Praise which details my life experiences concerning marriages, relationships, divorce and choices whether good or bad. This book is a testimony of how I overcame certain situations by application of God's Word and my personal faith in Him; how I am overcoming an abusive marriage and have overcome other abusive relationships and now write about these experiences in such a way that anyone can relate. My most recent marriage is with a well known individual within my community. Through my book I offer alternatives to lashing out at one another in a marriage and prevention of continued hurt toward one another.

Pick this book up and I guarantee you will not put it down until you are done. It is a very easy read for busy people that need some strength for the journey. If you want Godly advice on how to sail the choppy seas of relationships from the source that commands the winds and waves to be at peace, then this is the book for you. I like the real-ness of the book. This author has been through the fire and is still going through. But she found purpose in the pain and now she is sharing. It gives us hope that we can be wounded and still have a purpose --- we can advance in the kingdom even if we're limping through. There is no vindictiveness in this--only Godly insight and forgiveness.
