HELP: COFFEE TABLE BOOK FOR MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT

I am hoping to publish a coffee table style book to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support http://www.macmillan.org.uk/

This is a BIG SHOUTOUT to authors and publishers for any help they can give in terms of contributions ie. short stories, poems, illustrations, publishing sponsorship etc. Any help be greatly appreciated please!
