Something About Me and My Book:
Hi,
I am a nurse practitioner specializing in wellness and disease prevention. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have lectured extensively and written for nursing/medical journals. I have recently started a company called Heartstrong, LLC with my co-worker, it is a health care education and consulting business. Our goal is to get people to live a longer and healthier life. Our first book was release in Jan 2009 called "Take Charge: A Woman's Guide to a Healthier Heart." Our second book is called "Take Charge: A Man's Roadmap to a Healthy Heart" and was just published December 2009. Most People Know What Healthy Habits Are, But Do Not Know How Or Where To Start.
