Profile Information

Something About Me and My Book:: I am no longer an adrenalin junkie, I devote my time to writing and healthy living. I have two books published by the Random House Group (Mainstream) and another by Strand Publishing, London. I put a fourth work to E-book; a non-fiction account of my time spent in French and Spanish prisons. My other works are screenplays. I have three screenplays in the true-crime genre and I am currently working on a six part series for TV.
My episode of 'Locked Up Abroad' by National Geographic will be screened across America on July 6 at 10pm 2011. My interview on the Tim Shaw Show with Current TV will be screened again on July 12 at midnight UK time.

Guantanamo Bay Focus - GITMO Grub.

Guantanamo Bay is a holiday camp compared to European prisons. The food is great and the conditions are hygienic, which is more than you can say about French and Spanish prisons.

I have never seen the inside of GITMO, so like you I can only rely on informed sources.

Chief Warrant Officer James Kluck is in charge of feeding the detainees as well as the 1,780 soldiers at GITMO. He does a great job and everyone, including the soldiers, has a problem keeping their waistlines… Continue
