- My latest book, titled The Javelin Of Saul: Serving in the Shadow of an Adversary deals with the thorny topic of jealousy within the church. It discusses the meaning of authentic leadership and offers strategies in dealing with jealousy, both within oneself and from those with whom we serve. The book looks at a growing 'hostage crisis' within the church, where positions are often held hostage by people unqualified and not called, simply because of nepotism or seniority. It is a book all pastors and serious believers should read.
