Something About Me and My Book:: I am the author of a memoir, Reclamation: Memories from a New Orleans Girlhood, and a satiric novel, PROT U. After a successful career in journalism, public relations and university teaching, I retired from full-time work to spend more time writing. My current project is a historical novel. I also teach writing workshops to adults.
