Something About Me and My Book:: I'm an author, speaker and coach. I specialize in teaching professional women 40+ how to get out of their own way so they can achieve the life and business they want. I am certified in a number of different areas and am a retired family therapist.
I wrote the book because I know what it's like to get stuck, to live in
fear, not know your purpose and stand in your own way. I've lived it.

My book "The Astonishing Power of You, Simple Steps to Creating an Extraordinary Life, is about changing the way you think in order to get out of your own way so that you don't cancel out your dreams.
It went to #1 on Amazon in November 2007 and last month, May 2008 was named as a finalist in the next generation Indie Book Awards, motivational category.
