Something About Me and My Book:: My name is LaMar Herndon and I hold a Masters in Leadership and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University. I am an ordained Southern Baptist minister and have pastored small churches in the south. I have also been the sole proprietor of my own landscape and design company and I am Founder & CEO of Transitional Church Consulting: Developing Leaders Today for Tomorrow's Church.
