Something About Me and My Book:
I was born in Paterson, New Jersey, and attended Rutgers University. After over 30 years in the corporate world, I retired in 2007, moved to Fort Pierce, Florida, and decided to pursue a lifelong desire to write. I am President of the Treasure Coast Writers Guild and a Writers Group Leader in the Florida Writers' Association.
"Protecting the Cittern" centers on Tony Giordano and his father Sammy who have always had a strained relationship. Sammy's only happiness came from his beloved cittern, an instrument whose origins are unknown to the family. Forced to marry a woman he does not love, resentment overtakes his life, soon followed by family abuse. When Sammy is placed in a nursing home, years of frustration contribute to his failing health. Tony eventually makes a discovery from Sammy's past that changes everything.
"The Ibex Trophy" is set in WWII during the Italian occupation of Corsica. A young Italian soldier finds love, adventure, and intrigue while Italy goes through a crucial turning in the war.
