Something About Me and My Book:
Publishing "Following the Whispers" is the completion of a dream which began 10 years ago, when I left a successful 30+ year career in marketing and public relations to write. It looks back on a difficult childhood peppered with sexual molestation and verbal and emotional abuse, events which broke my spirit. When I lost custody of my only son at 28 years old, rather than allow the depression and despair to consume me, I began a spiritual journey towards healing. "Following the Whispers" chronicles that journey.

I currently live in Albuquerque, New Mexico with my husband, Gary, and our beloved dog, Buddy.

Hello Karen,
I had 10 great reviews before I received a negative review. Like you, I felt attacked. I went as far as to question my own ability to write. Perhaps, it was my own form of rationalization, but I chose to believe that the reviewer was possibly having a horrendous day or just a miserable person. Now if my first 10 reviews happened to be negative before receiving a positive review, I likely would have accepted the news, smile. Keep a stiff upper lip. If you have the opportunity to please check out my web site www.LifeInterrupted-nolonger.com

All my best, God bless,
Chris
