Something About Me and My Book:: Is true love a myth or a reality? The new book The Fight To Love answers and finally puts to rest this historic question.

The Fight To Love unfolds three stories about the search for true love—a pursuit everyone embarks upon. The book offers humorous yet realistic insight into the human need for fulfillment, acceptance and love.

The Fight To Love discloses real-life truths through its relatable and awe-inspiring characters. Then the book’s closing takes a dramatic turn when the fictitious becomes real, as author Kassandra McGhee reveals her personal pursuit of true love and what she miraculously discovered.

McGhee is a graduate of Iowa State University where she earned her Masters degree in Sociology and a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Her professional experience includes counseling, university professorship and program administration. McGhee is the founder of Power 4 Living International Ministries and is a small business owner. Furthermore, her experience includes co-hosting a Christian radio program, Christian teaching, speaking and mentoring.

McGhee is completing her debut album entitled “Completely”, a compilation of her original songs. Her musical experience also includes praise & worship leader, choir director & teacher and church musician.

McGhee is the second of three siblings, who are all published authors and college graduates. She was born to blue-collar, family-oriented parents who believed in the advancements available through education, faith and hard-work. McGhee and her brothers, Kenneth McGhee and K. Eric McGhee have internalized these values which are evident in their literary works as well as their personal and professional lives.
