- About me...I am a Caterer and a Certified Master Life Coach, Spiritual Coach and Wellness Coach. I have published two books 1. It's Okay To Have Anxiety...Really!, this book was prompted by my personal experience with intense anxiety and panic attacks. After developing tools that helped myself, I had to share my story and my success with others.
