Something About Me and My Book:: I am the author of The Chronicles of Anaedor: The Prophecies, a young adult fantasy book, and book one in the series. Here's a synopsis of The Prophecies: When strange things begin to happen, Professor Mors sends his fifteen-year-old daughter, Lavida, to Portal Manor, a mysterious family estate she never knew existed. Lavida quickly discovers that not everything at Portal Manor is as it seems when she stumbles across a secret passage to a hidden world--Anaedor. Long ago, fearful and ignorant humans drove the Anaedorians, a civilization of magical and strange beings, into the dark world of huge caverns, frigid rivers and bottomless pits deep within the earth. But now, as malevolent forces seek to control all of Anaedor, an ancient prophecy is recalled--one which foretells the coming of a savior whose name bears the power of life and death.
