Something About Me and My Book:: Ahbonbon is starting a grassroots movement to promote abundant, healthy living by convincing one reader at a time. Lynn D. Ahbonbon has traveled the world and lived in France, Germany, South Korea, Vietnam, and the United States. Her passion has been cooking and inventing new healthy recipes since she was ten. She graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a B.S. and M.B.A., and worked as a strategic planning administrator at a large automotive corporation before providing education in entrepreneurship and healthy living to thousands of business owners for 15 years.

When three of her close relatives in their thirties came down with cancer in quick succession, she decided to devote herself to studying the keys to healthy living. In 2012, she started Ahbonbon LLC with a clear mission: To help people live a healthy life and to achieve their financial dream by publishing entrepreneurship, healthy living, and food guides.
