Something About Me and My Book:: My first published book, HOUSE OF LIES, just won the National Readers Choice Awards for best romantic suspense, and it finaled in best first book. I'm over the moon with happiness.

NO SECOND CHANCE is my latest romantic suspense release from The Wild Rose Press. It's available in electronic and print format. Proceeds from this book help benefit a real life horse rescue charity, Days End Farm Horse Rescue. In the book, a business alliance between my corporate hero and my horse rescuer heroine puts them both in a dangerous enemy's crosshairs.

In For A Penny, a cozy mystery from Five Star came out in June 2008. It was favorably reviewed by Publisher's Weekly, Kirkus, and Romantic Times.

Another 2008 release, SEEING RED, is out now in electronic format from Freya's Bower. This contemporary romance is about a home-makeover into a bed and breakfast, where the heroine and the head of the construction firm strike more than sparks off of each other. This title won Best Book of the Week from Long and Short Reviews in July.

I still feel new to the publishing world, though my first book, HOUSE OF LIES, was released last year. I have a hardcover mystery coming out in June 08. Watch for IN FOR A PENNY to see how Cleopatra Jones solves the murder of a dead banker and saves her best friend in the process.
