Marcus Tilley's Page

Born in Tasmania and raised in a family of Booksellers and Publishers, Marcus has been around books all his life and is still an avid reader, in spite of having been a proof reader for a number of publishers and authors.

In fact, Marcus still keeps his hand in occassionally by proofing, writing reviews and assisting in the promotion and marketing for some independant authors/publishers.

He recenly had the pleasure of proofing and writing a number of reviews for Judy McKay's "Sell More : An Entrepreneur's Guide To Marketing On A Small Budget."

He mentions this particular work as it is a most appropriate book for any one interested in making the most of promoting any product, including books, on a tight budget.

As Host & Producer of Tilley Talks Travel, a live weekly radio program, Tilley enjoys interviewing authors, espeially if their publications have something to do with travel. Even if they are not specifically travel related, he manages to work a travel interest into the interview as virtually every author has travelled for some reason and there is always an EXPERIENCE to be recounted.

Know you understand the strange photo. Yes that is a radio station studio with one of those big, strange looking microphones and the headset is my old fashioned way of hearing what I am saying and staying totally focused on the comment of my guest.

How can Tilley help you?

Thanks for the greeting, Marcus. You can take a Viking adventure on your Kindle...Undercurrent is available as an e-book. And being that I see you like travel, I think you'll enjoy the time travel element!

Nice to 'connect' with you Tilley.
I will look up Judy McKay's book - as the title describes my situation!

On April, my new book will be released.
It is called:
Run Your Business Like A Fortune 100: 7 Principles for Boosting PROFITS
(John Wiley & Sons, 2009).

The description of the book is on my profile page. I'd love to market it in Australia if you know who I should get in touch with.

Warm regards,
Rosalie
