- After spending more than 30 years in kitchens from Boston to Bali to Barcelona, I shared my most important culinary principles with home cooks who are experiencing a crisis of confidence in the kitchen in "What "The 4 Hour Chef" Didn't Tell You".
After writing another book, and contributing content to a couple more, I decided to help restaurateurs publish cookbooks as a means to promote their restaurant and attract new customers. My publishing company is called Cookbook Media.
