Something About Me and My Book:: This is a book addressed to Bariatric Surgery Patients.
I am in a small group of patients from 1995 who have maintained their weight loss. I have been a Personal Trainer (not an athelete) for 15 years and share a wealth of information with the patient through personal experience and expert resources. The last review on Amazon.com was excellent, which was a surprise review from someone I did not know in another state. She stated that this book was among her top two picks to help her as a post-op patient! More reviews would be great. This Ebook is in competition with dozens of other books, but very few are lifetime maintenance stories! It has sold 200 ebooks in 10 months, which is gratifying. Thank you.

It is not a sensationalized promotion of bariatric surgery, but is highly effective in promoting real balance and peace to bariatric patients.

Pam utilizes the true story of her husband's and her own weight maintenance struggles, including four bariatric surgeries between the two of them.
