Something About Me and My Book:: The Truths of Nahiaphawoon was co-authored by husband and wife: Sarah and Rocky Emily. Rocky came from a very diverse religious family. His mother was a Southern Pentecost, his father was an American Indian that followed nature's path, often being referred to as a shaman and his grandmother was a devout Catholic. He has spent over 45 years studying various religions in their entirety. He lost faith when he was young in organized religion altogether. As a child the preacher of his mother's faith had dubbed him to be inhabited by a demon, meaning they would have to beat it out of him. His mother moved to protect him, and ended up being hospitalized because of it. Since then he has studied extensively in eight of the major religions, finding that not one answered to the calling of his spirit. He turned to Wicca, favoring Scott Cunningham's work, as it most closely related to his spirit. He currently has a Doctoral in Divinity, a Masters in Religion, a PhD in Metaphysics and is an ordained minister, as well as the founder of the Shin-Gahn-Do Martial Arts System. In 2007 he was diagnosed with Level 4 Throat, Tongue and Lymph Gland Cancer and given four months to live. After an incredibly taxing battle, he was cleared in 2008. In July of that year he met his current wife, Sarah Emily.

Sarah Emily was raised as a Latter-Day Saint, also known as Mormon. She drifted apart from it late in her teens, and sought to fill the needs of her own spirit without knowing how. She went through some ups and downs including a failing marriage with an abusive husband of whom she had a child with. In July of 2008, she found a true friend in a gentleman at work. Two years later, they married despite the age difference of 32 years. Together they grew spiritually and completed their family with a step-parent adoption. Sarah Emily has an Associates in Criminal Justice, an Associates in the Arts pending May of 2012 and is studying herbal medicine, as well as metaphysics with her husband and recently became an ordained minister.

Together they were able to tune into their spirituality and connect their mind, body and spirit. This enabled them to find knowledge gained in past lives, after which they were driven to share it with the world; teaching the purest of ideas without fear of punishment. Ideas that will offer your spirit the freedom it deserves and yearns for. This book takes it a step further by offering insight into the existence of all we know as well as its structure; remembering that each and every person's connection with the Creator is a personal one. What is right for one person does not make it right for another, so we must all find our own path.
