Something About Me and My Book:
Roxanne Hoffman, a promoter of poetry, and performance poet and published writer is the founder of Poets Wear Prada, also know as PWP Books, a small press based in Hoboken, New Jersey devoted to introducing new authors through limited edition, high-quality chaplets. She is a former Wall Street Investment Banker and runs the press with her husband Herbert Fuerst, a retired Hollywood Agent. Their first offering, released in October of 2006, was a 12-page poetry chapbook titled Your Infidel Eyes by Brant Lyon, host of NYC's Hydrogen Jukebox Jazzoetry Series. Since then, they have released twelve additional titles with plans to release ten new chapbooks annually. Authors include well established New York Poets, Peter Chelnik and Susan Maurer as well as promising newcomers like Jee Leong Koh, Laura Vookles and Austin Alexis.
