Profile Information

Something About Me and My Book:: In 1995, I was certified both as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer by the American Council of Exercise, after studying dance at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School's professional division. I spent 1997 teaching at Die Fitness Company in Frankfurt, Germany, voted one of the top five fitness companies in Europe. I have competed in the Canadian National Aerobics Championships placing 3rd in the mixed group competition and 2nd in the men's individual competition.

I currently hold the professional designation of RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance and has been initiated into Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Babaji and Paramahamsa Yogananda. I received my Reiki Master - Usui Shiki Ryoho in Pershire Scotland in 2003 and has since developed a new Reiki format called 'Radha Rei' which integrates all his experience, intuition and spiritual guidance and elements of Tantra and Yoga. This is my first attempt at self-publishing, with a Pilates and Yoga text in the works.
