Something About Me and My Book:
I was born and brought up in Liverpool, England, before moving to Bristol after graduating from university. I now live there with my husband Keith and my cat Treacle.

I write and self-publish novels for children and young adults. In September 2019 I released my 6th book for children, Episode, a time-travel adventure, now available in all major bookstores such as Amazon, Book Depository and Barnes and Noble, in paperback and eBook. Episode turns the story of the Trojan War on its head. Helen doesn't want Menelaus, but does she want Paris?

Also written by me:
Goalden Sky (2014)
Big Brother (2012)
Epiworld (2010)
Abbie's Rival (2008)
Goalden Girl (2007)

Keith designs my covers.

Abbie's Rival

Abbie Palmer is obsessed with her beautiful rich French pen friend, Colette, who she has always wanted to meet, but when Colette tells her she is coming to England in the summer holidays to visit, Abbie panics: she hasn't been entirely truthful about her home life and she's afraid Colette won't want to have anything more to do with her if she finds out she's been lying. Abbie…

Goalden Girl

Gemma Sutherland wants to start a girls' football team at her new school, but rival Tyrone does everything he can to put a stop to her plans.

Inspired by my love of the Beautiful Game, Goalden Girl is my first self-published book for children. Published in 2007, it is aimed for readers aged 9-12 and tells the story of Gemma Sutherland, whose widowed father remarries a year after the death of Gemma's mother. Gemma's stepmother Shelley and her nine-year-old daughter…
