Do you mean websites for your allPM authors? If so, and there are a bunch of them, I'd look into usng WordpressMU (Wordpress MultiUser). Wordpress is opensource free blog software that can easily be used as a CMS to create a whole static website that just has some "bloggy" parts. The beauty of it is its really easy for non-technical users to update and the search engines love it.
Wordpress can be customized into doing just about anything you want it to. The portfolio site that I am building right now uses wordpress as the back-end: www.fallenskydesign.com as do these other sites I recently designed: www.fireflyeventdesign.com and www.christopherleenutter.com
You can see how in the firefly website the "testimonials" page is using a blog page so that the owner can update those daily if she wishes. The rest of the site just looks like a regular website.
