Something About Me and My Book:: About me:
A student of meditation since 1976 and a graduate of The Iowa Writers’ Workshop, I have been sharing stories of spiritual experience and contemplation—through articles, books, and public talks—since 1990. I'm the author of two children's books on meditation, and co-author with John Lee of Writing from the Body: For Writers, Artists and Dreamers. As an editor, I have developed numerous successful books for adults in the areas of personal growth, women's issues, and global activism, as well as books for children. My latest book:

Since 1988 I've worked exclusively as an editorial and publishing consultant. Originally I worked with several bestselling authors on their books. I'm still in touch with them! But now I work to empower and guide first-time authors and independent publishers who are just starting out. An exciting number of the books and series we've launched have met with phenomenal success.
