The Montclair Times has often featured my work. We have found other venues like Investors Savings Bank, Osteria Giotto, Montclair Book Sellers, and Watchung Books have sponsored my book signings. Poetry and local authors readings as well in Paterson, Bloomfield, Nutley, Oradell, Caldwell, Secaucus and NYC. As our year end approaches in December, we are asking for your support. In spite of the rough economy, the storm, and the financial uncertainty. The Italian-American Museum/SACCO can be downloaded from You Tube or Scribd.com. We presented Harpist Aideen O'Donnell at the Landmark Tavern in 2012. We also lecture and hold tours via Paterson Museum, NYC, and Newark. Our Scribd.com, and Twitter accounts receive weekly updates and have surpassed 34,000 readers since 2009. This includes 34 downloaded documents to share and for sale on www.Scribd.com. They are worth reading.
We could utilize an unused store-front or the former car showrooms as a Montclair Space for the Arts, somewhat akin to the Project Arts Center in Dublin, Ireland. ArtsPRunlimited, Inc., could showcase Poetry, Chamber Music, Opera Singers, Literature, Performance Pieces and Special events in this now unused space. It could open quickly on a provisional basis and be a new multi-purpose venue for Montclair in May as well.
My program on SACCO & VANZETTI can be seen on You Tube via IAM.org/SACCO. . We also produced a guest recital by Harpist Aideen O'Donnell in the 1868 Landmark Tavern in April. This was a long held goal of mine to present Ms. O'Donnell there and the audience and management enjoyed her playing. In the archives we found a copy of the Madison Square Garden program of the Paterson Strikers from June 7, 1913. My book "organized labor" that reflects on the 1913 strike in Paterson and the history of labor in is set for full production in 2013 in Paterson, Montclair and hopefully NYC. But we need to raise money for general operating expenses and our New Production Fund. Can't you help us ?
