Something About Me and My Book:: I am the author of "20 Questions for Enlightened Living - Peace and Freedom through Jnana yoga" and "Your Presence is Enough". Together these books create a course in jnana yoga - wisdom yoga, or yoga to heal the mind. I teach this work in groups in Sacramento and also offer podcasts and teacher tranings on the subject.

I will be in the Sacramento River Delta - my hometown area - on October 10th for a book signing of River Bones at the Rio Vista library. 2:00 till 4:00. I'll give a short presentation and they will serve refreshments afterwards. I'm sending over some Hawaiian nibbles for that too.
