Something About Me and My Book:: For five years I have provided daily contemplative e-messages for the Twelve Holy Nights between December 25 and January 6. Guiding the soul from the innocence of Nativity to the new wisdom of Epiphany, I call this experience "Inner Christmas." These are the Christmas gifts you give yourself. They fill the deep inner longing that comes every year at Christmas regardless of the presence of traditional social and religious celebrations.

On December 18, 2006 I emailed The Inner Christmas Movie to 223 friends. By January 6th over 35000 people in 59 countries had viewed the film and over 7500 had signed up for the messages. You can view the film at www.theinnerchristmasmovie.com .

I am a counselor/coach offering a therapeutic and transformative perspective that is eclectic, comphrehensive and effective. I work to bring to light the biological and biographical patterns of the client. All the insight arising from therapeutic conversation will not sustain without understanding and balancing the neurological and hormonal realities of personal biology. After penetrating the biological and biographical mysteries, my clients then begin to free the patterns of thinking, feeling and willing their life through working with spiritual questions and practices.
