Hi all,

I thought I would post a bit about myself. First, I am in love with being a grandma and have two of the best grand daughters in the world. They are the very reason that I became a writer. I hadn't written much more than a post-card when my first rgand was born 5 years ago, but when I saw her at the very moment of her birth...my world changed. Six months later I had my first novel...on tablets at that, because I had no idea how to type or use a computer..LOL I have…

Six months later I had my first novel...on tablets at that, because I had no idea how to type or use a computer..LOL I have learned a great deal in those five years.

Second, I love being a writer! Every since this new career fell like a brick and hit me on the top of the head those short five years ago, I have signed a multi contract with Hellfire Publishing for ten plus novels and now my children's book which will also be a series. I have several short story contracts with Vamptasy Publishing and one contract for my one and only contemporary romance with Decadent. And I am overly proud of it all.

I guess the kicker is...that I'm a drop-out from the 70's, never getting past the second week in the tenth grade. I'm dyslexic and have had a slight learning problem throughout my life. I can pick things up if you show me, but to learn from reading about it...forget it..LOL Yet, for some reason, God saw it fit to give me a gift in my grandma years to be a bit prolific and some would say wildly creative. Getting grammar down...not so much. ;-P

Other than my grand-babies and family...my pride and joy is the first book that I wrote and those in the series that come after. It is a dark fantasy, because I love the warped side of thinking...but it is inspired by not only mine, but my mother's hometown. The main character lives in the day that my mother farmed with her family on the land in 1936...with the same landscape that my readers will see if they drove through the extremely small town of 65 this day, Burkett Texas. Bloodbreeders: Living in Darkness is the first book in the series, which is with Hellfire Publishing.

I have written many books since my Bloodbreeders series, but the best above all is the one I have a co-author with. My children's book: The Tale of Two Toodlegnomes...it's a long children's read. All that I did was put the story together...I did not create the creatures, characters, or where the Toodlegnomes' live. This all came from my co-author...My five year old grand daughter. ;) We played with plastic swords and took back our colored crystals for two years to get 38 pages, and we had a blast. Now with her little sister hitting three and getting the idea of fighting Bubble Bee Dragons...book two will be complete in no time..LOL

Well, that's about it. I play like a five year old every chance I get, when I have my grands...I write just as much...then when I'm not being my reclusive self, I am out at night taking photos of creepy cemeterys and old spooky houses.

Would love to know about you with hopes that I am not the only odd-ball/abby normal out there..LOL

Big Hugs~
