Sometimes its just tough to remember you are a survivor

On beautiful days like this I ask myself what shackles me to my bed, my home, my fridge, and then I reluctantly admit that recovery is an ongoing thing. Its hard to accept that because i expect so much more of myself that I am able to give. Lord, help me to do one thing that is productive.
